Ingredients:-
Pork. (Mixture of fats, meat, and bones too.. yess bones!! it makes the soup tastier)
Cabbage
spring onion.
veg. stock cube.
Vermicilin.
ginger. (sliced)
tomato. (just ONE, otherwise it will b too tangy)
salt.
First, boil the pork, meat, fats, bones and all; Once the meat is cooked (or rather over-cooked); remove from heat.
remove the fats and bones. leave the meat behind. Add more water if appropraite.
Add sliced ginger, tomatoes, cabbage and vermicilin.
Boil until Cabbage is tender; only then will the taste of the cabbage be flavoured into the soup.
when the cabbage is cooked; add veg. stock cube and salt (taste and put the appr. amount of salt.)
Your soup is ready..!!

Avoni's fried Noodle
INgredients:-
Noodles. (Boil and drain the water)
Capsicum. (chopped)
Eggs. (Boiled and chopped)
Mushrooms. (chopped)
onions.
(add as much as veggies as u want)
(You can also add shreded meat..preferably Chicken)
oil.
salt
any other tastemaker. (if u use those instant noodles the taste-maker from there is just great)
Fry the oil.
Add the onions and fry until slightly golden brown.
Add the veggies. (and the meat!!!)
stir fry.
Add the noodles and mix well.
Add salt and other taste-maker.
Once done. Remove from heat.

Chicken stock cubes or Tom yam soup paste. (actuali choose any soup paste you want)
Half tea-spoon oil.
Water.
Heat the oil (rem its just half teaspoon.. tiny bit).
Stir Fry the broccoli. Add the Carrots. Put the lid on and let it cook for sometime.
Add the boil potatoes. then add water.
Add salt and the soup paste.
Let it cook.
once done, remove from heat.

Brocolli. (finely Chopped)
Capsicum. (chopped) play with colors. Makes the food look nicer.
Bread crumps.
salt.
*Eggs or flour(with water).
MIx all the ingredients. (except *egg and Flour)
Then make small cutlets. Use ur hand as a measurement. Take as much as paste as ur hand can hold. Squeeze it firmly with ur hand before shaping it, as this will keep it from breaking into pieces while frying later.
Once done. Lets fry!! if u r using the flour. then ,make sure that it is not watery but smooth and thick. The use of eggs and flour keeps the cutlet from breaking and also absorbs less oil.

Take the cutlet dip in the whipped egg/flour mix and fry. do so with all the others.

Beans. (the slim and long one). Cut to a size about an inch.
Tomatoes.
oil.

1. Boil the chicken until its NEARLY cooked. Dont overcook it otherwise it will be soft and soggy.
2. Heat a tea-spoon of oil. (Not too much okie guys??)
3. When warm enough, Put the tomatoes and stir fry.
4. Add the beans and stir.
5. Let it cook. Simmer after sometime and cover the pan with the lid.
6. Then pour in the chicken with the soup. Make sure that it is not too soupy. I prefer it slightly dry and gravy-ish..
7. Mix it well and then cover the lid again.
8. Rem to put the salt.

Breakfast Veggie

Mushroom
Carrots
green peas
capsicum
egg/s
butter (a spoon)
salt

Chop the veggies, except the green peas ofcourse.. LOL!!
Warm the non-stick frying pan.
Put the butter and let it Melt.
First, fry the tomatoes then add in the other veggies.
Stir and cook for some time. (5 - 10 mins)
Add the eggs and stir fry.
Well, dont forget the salt!!!!
